JOB HAZARD ANALYSIS
Also called a job safety analysis, a job hazard analysis will identify the dangers of specific tasks on the job site to reduce the risk of injury to workers (Required in Site Safety Plans)

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT HAZARD COMMUNICATION PLANS
These plans identify hazardous chemicals in the workplace as well as containers they are kept in, Record safety date sheets which contains specific date about the chemicals hazard using a specified format, training employees about the chemical hazards on the job and informing workers and other contractors about hazardous materials on the job.
EMPLOYEE EMERGENCY ACTION PLAN
A written document required by OSHA that facilitates and organizes employer/employee actions during workplace emergencies.
EVACUATION PLAN
Part of the employee emergency action plan required by OSHA which outlines evacuation routes, exits and procedures.
PROJECT WORK SCOPE
The project work scope is a detailed description of the work to be performed on a project which includes milestones, reports, deliverables, and finished project that is expected to be provided by the performing party.
NOISE / DUST MITIGATION PLAN
If certain activities are being performed or certain equipment is being used on a construction site there must be a noise mitigation and/or dust mitigation plan In place, which is used to reduce the amount of noise or dust from the job site.
CONFINED SPACE PROGRAM
A program put in place to ensure the protections of all employees of the company from hazards associated with confined space entry.
FALL PROTECTION PLAN
A plan that is required whenever a worker is performing activities at a certain height. This plan must be available to all workers who may have a potential to fall at a job site.
SCAFFOLD DRAWINGS
A mock up of the scaffolds and placement of the scaffolds that will be used in the construction site.
FIRE SAFETY PLANS
A fire Safety plan is put in place to ensure the effective utilization of safety features in a building to protect people from fire.
DOT LOGISTICS PLAN
A standard tool between subcontractors and main contractors that is used to communicate things such as hazard management and identification, accidents and occurrence investigation, and training of staff.
